I am a veteran IT consultant with 35 years experience in the government, financial services, legal and commercial sectors. My passion is digital transformation, particularly in the public sector.
Years spent as a supplier to government lets me see things from both perspectives when working in-house, managing suppliers.
My technical background, particularly in public sector web development is ideal for my current role in contributing to the transition of the Jersey government to “digital by default”. In particular, I am passionate about:
- improving customer service online through highly usable design
- baking digital into the DNA of the organisation through digital transformation initiatives
